Celebrating the Success of Our First-Ever Transitions Healthcare Wellness Fairs
This fall, Transitions Healthcare proudly hosted our first-ever Wellness Fairs across all seven of our locations. These events were designed to bring our employees together in the spirit of health, mindfulness, and self-care, and we’re thrilled to say they were a great success.
From mindful moments to DIY wellness activities, each fair offered unique opportunities to relax, recharge, and learn more about the many ways we can take care of our physical and mental well-being.
A Day of Wellness, Relaxation, and Connection
Each location featured a variety of engaging wellness stations, including:
- Mindful Minute Table – Quick and effective techniques to pause, breathe, and reset during a busy day.
- Chair Massages – A staff favorite, helping everyone melt away tension and stress.
- DIY Wellness Activities – Hands-on projects designed to inspire creativity and mindfulness.
We’re so grateful to FX Well and their representatives for partnering with us to make this inaugural event one to remember. Their guidance, expertise, and wellness resources were invaluable in helping us bring these fairs to life.
