Transitions Healthcare Oakland Manor is pleased to announce Christina Bryant as their new Executive Director. Christina brings with her years of management experience leading assisted living communities and has a proven record of management experience.  She is a licensed practical nurse as well as a licensed assisted living manager.  Christina’s resident centered approach will make her a great addition to the team.
