1/12/2022 – Today we had 1 staff member test positive for COVID.  Contact tracing was performed and there was no exposure to residents.
1/10/2022 COVID UPDATE – Since last update there were 2 staff members and 2 residents test positive for COVID. Contact tracing was performed.  Annex 1 residents and The Wings residents will be tested on Tuesday.  Annex 2 and part of Annex 1 was tested today.  All residents will be tested again on Thursday.  Unvaccinated and exposed staff members will be tested today/tomorrow and again on Thursday.  We will continue testing until we have been clear for 14 days.  Visitation continues to be unrestricted, however please be aware that visiting while there have been positive COVID cases puts you at greater risk of contracting COVID.  Masks are required at all times while visiting currently due to the Adams County Transmission Rate being high and masks are encouraged while out in the community.

1/5/2022 COVID UPDATE – Since last update there were 4 staff members test positive for COVID.  No residents have tested positive.  Contact tracing was performed and those potentially exposed will be tested, which includes Annex 2, Annex 1 South Hall, and dietary staff.  The facility does not require a red zone at this time.  Visitation continues to be unrestricted, however please be aware that visiting while there have been positive COVID cases puts you at greater risk of contracting COVID.  Masks are required at all times while visiting currently due to the Adams County Transmission Rate being high.

12/27/2021 COVID UPDATE – Since last update there were no new positive COVID Cases amongst residents, but there was 1 positive staff member.  Contact tracing was performed and those potentially exposed will be tested.  The facility no longer requires a red zone.  West Hall is currently being utilized for our yellow zone for newly admitted unvaccinated residents.  Visitation continues to be unrestricted.  Masks are required at all times while visiting currently due to the Adams County Transmission Rate being high.

12/20/2021 COVID UPDATE – Since last update there were no new positive COVID Cases amongst residents or staff members.  COVID Testing will continue until the facility is clear for 14 days.  Visitation continues to be unrestricted, however visiting while we have positive COVID in the facility puts you at higher risk of contracting the virus. 11/22/2021 COVID UPDATE – Since last update there have been no new positive COVID Cases amongst residents.  There was 1 staff member who tested positive, but there was no exposure to residents or other staff. Testing continues until the facility is clear for 14 days.  Visitation continues to be unrestricted.

11/14/2021 COVID UPDATE – Since last update there have been two new positive COVID Cases – 1 resident and 1 staff member. Testing of staff and residents will continue until the facility is clear for 14 days.
