Celebrating Rising Stars: Congratulations to Dayna Wilson & Lisa Corley!

Transitions Healthcare is proud to celebrate two exceptional leaders — Dayna Wilson, Nursing Home Administrator at Transitions Healthcare North Huntingdon, and Lisa Corley, Nursing Home Administrator at Transitions Healthcare Gettysburg — who have been recognized as honorary Rising Stars at the PHCA 2025 Rising Stars Award Ceremony and Leadership Workshop.
The Rising Stars program, hosted by the Pennsylvania Health Care Association (PHCA), shines a spotlight on emerging leaders who are shaping the future of Pennsylvania’s long-term care continuum. This prestigious recognition is reserved for individuals who exemplify leadership, innovation, and a commitment to excellence in senior care.
Dayna and Lisa have demonstrated these qualities in abundance. Their leadership inspires their teams, their dedication uplifts residents and families, and their vision helps move long-term care forward.
This year’s Rising Stars event will take place October 29–30, 2025, at Harrisburg University in Harrisburg, PA. The event not only honors outstanding individuals like Dayna and Lisa, but also provides invaluable networking opportunities, mentorship, and professional development to empower the next generation of leaders in long-term care.
We are honored to have two of our own Transitions Healthcare administrators recognized among this year’s Rising Stars, and we can’t wait to cheer them on as they attend the ceremony and leadership workshop alongside other talented peers from across the state.
Congratulations, Dayna and Lisa, on this well-deserved recognition. Your leadership continues to make a lasting impact on the residents, families, and teams you serve every day.
