5/13 COVID Update:  The results from outbreak testing are in and we have not identified any additional cases of COVID-19 at this time.   We will continue with Outbreak testing until we are certain that we are clear for 14 days.  Group activities including dining room remain on hold until deemed safe to return to these activities.  We may resume visitation for residents residing on Annex 1 and Annex 2, please contact the activities department to set up your appointment.  Residents residing on The Wings continue with visitation on hold until 14 days pass that we are clear.  In the event that your family member tests positive we will contact family or responsible party directly.  Please continue to check this site or the automated phone line (1-414-368-6580) for up-to-date information.  Please contact Patty Weaver, our Infection Control Specialist or Vickie Kilmer, Nursing Home Administrator if you have additional questions at (717) 334-6249.
