COVID-19 Update April 17

There has been 1 additional staff member that has tested positive for Covid-19. Contact tracing was performed and there was no exposure to the residents or staff at Transitions Healthcare Gettysburg.  Visitation continues to be unrestricted. Masks are required for all team members while working and visitors are asked to wear a mask. Visiting while there are active Covid-19 cases within the facility increases the risk of contracting the virus.  Surgical masks are available at the entrance when you screen in. N95s are recommended to be worn when visiting anyone who has tested positive for Covid-19 and remain in their quarantining period. Please see the nursing staff prior to your visit if you have any questions.
