8/18/21 COVID Update:  Today we received 1 positive test result back for 1 staff member from our testing that was completed on Monday 8/16/21.  There was limited exposure to other staff and residents, however we will continue with  modified visitation Sunday – Thursday 10:30AM till 6:30PM.  Appointments are required for all indoor visits.  No appointment is needed for outdoor visits, however please allow time upon your arrival for us to get your loved one and transport them to the visitation area.  Masks are required at this time for all indoor visitation regardless of vaccination status.  We will complete another round of testing each Monday until we are fully clear for 14 days.

We have also made the decision today to postpone our 10-year Anniversary Celebration until the facility is clear and the County Positivity Rate falls below 5%.  We were really looking forward to a fun day for everyone, however keeping everyone safe and healthy takes priority.
