8/23/21 COVID Update:  Another round of Outbreak testing was completed today 8/23, we anticipate that all results should be back by mid-week.  Modified visitation continues Sunday – Thursday 10:30AM till 6:30PM.  Appointments are required for all indoor visits.  No appointment is needed for outdoor visits, however please allow time upon your arrival for us to get your loved one and transport them to the visitation area.  Masks are required at this time for all indoor visitation regardless of vaccination status.  County Positivity Rate was posted today at 6.7%.  Adams County remains as a yellow county.  Currently all staff are being tested weekly as part of outbreak testing, when clear of positive cases for 14 days, we will test unvaccinated staff weekly while the county remains in yellow.
