COVID-19 Update December 20

12/20/2021 COVID UPDATE – Since last update there were no new positive COVID Cases amongst residents or staff members.  COVID Testing will continue until the facility is clear for 14 days.  Visitation continues to be unrestricted, however visiting while we have positive COVID in the facility puts you at higher risk of contracting the virus. Our West Wing is our Red Zone for COVID positive residents.  Masks are required at all times while visiting currently due to the Adams County Transmission Rate being high.
