COVID-19 Update December 27

12/27/2021 COVID UPDATE – Since last update there were no new positive COVID Cases amongst residents, but there was 1 positive staff member.  Contact tracing was performed and those potentially exposed will be tested.  The facility no longer requires a red zone.  West Hall is currently being utilized for our yellow zone for newly admitted unvaccinated residents.  Visitation continues to be unrestricted.  Masks are required at all times while visiting currently due to the Adams County Transmission Rate being high.
