COVID-19 Update December 6

12/6/2021 COVID UPDATE – Since last update there have been four new positive COVID Cases amongst residents and 2 staff members.  Contact Tracing Testing will continue until the facility is clear for 14 days.  Visitation continues to be unrestricted, however visiting while we have positive COVID in the facility puts you at higher risk of contracting the virus. Our West Wing is our Red Zone for COVID positive residents.  Masks are required at all times while visiting currently due to the Adams County Transmission Rate being high.
