COVID-19 Update January 11

01/11/23 COVID UPDATE – 2 additional staff members have been identified as testing positive for covid 19. Today, no additional residents have tested positive for COVID 19.  Currently the Covid outbreak is isolated to the Rehab Unit. Contact tracing was performed and those potentially exposed, staff and residents, will be tested following CDC Guidelines.  Visitation continues to be unrestricted, however please be aware that visiting while there are positive COVID cases puts you at greater risk of contracting COVID.  Masks are required at all times while visiting.
