COVID-19 Update January 12

01/12/23 COVID UPDATE – Today, 2 staff members have tested positive for COVID-19 and 6 residents have tested positive for COVID 19.  Currently the Covid outbreak is isolated to the Rehab Unit. Contact tracing was performed and those potentially exposed, staff and residents, will be tested following CDC Guidelines.  Also, all residents residing on the rehab unit are currently being tested per CDC guidelines. Visitation continues to be unrestricted, however please be aware that visiting while there are positive COVID cases puts you at greater risk of contracting COVID.  Masks are required at all times while visiting. When visiting the rehab unit an N95 mask is encouraged to be worn. Both surgical and N95 masks are available at the entrance where you screen in.
