COVID-19 Update January 21

1/21/2022 COVID UPDATE – Today we had 1 resident test positive for COVID. Contact tracing was performed and those exposed were tested.  Our West Wing currently serves as our Red Zone and Annex 2 North is currently a yellow zone.  Visitation continues to be unrestricted, however please be aware that visiting while there have been positive COVID cases puts you at greater risk of contracting COVID.  Masks are required at all times while visiting currently due to the Adams County Transmission Rate being high and masks are encouraged while out in the community.
