COVID-19 Update November 1

11/1/21 COVID Update:  There have been no new COVID cases since last post.  Testing continues this week until we are clear 14 days from last weeks positive tests.  Those eligible for the booster are currently scheduled to receive their booster on 11/5/21 starting at 10AM, we now have availability to all 3 booster vaccines. Modified visitation continues for the facility except West Hall where only Compassionate Visits may be granted.  West Hall remains as a yellow zone for our unvaccinated newly admitted residents. East Hall, South Hall, Annex 1 and Annex 2 visitation is as follows:  Sunday – Thursday 10:30AM till 6:30PM.  Annex 1 unvaccinated resident visitation is currently on hold.  Appointments are required for all indoor visits.  No appointment is needed for outdoor visits, however please allow time upon your arrival for us to get your loved one and transport them to the visitation area.  Outdoor visits are highly encouraged.  Masks are required for visitation for all residents and visitors regardless of vaccination status at this time. Transitions current resident vaccination percent is 83% and staff is 71%.
