11/4/21 COVID UPDATE

Today we had 5 residents test positive for COVID.  4 residents on our East Wing and 1 resident on Annex 1.  At this time visitation and all activities are on hold until we can test.  Please continue to check the website or phone line for updates.  All staff whether vaccinated or not will be tested today or tomorrow and then repeated again next week on 11/8 and 11/11.  Our East Wing is now a red zone.  Residents on Annex 1, South Wing, and West Wing will be tested weekly until we are clear for 14 days.  Booster Vaccines that were scheduled for 11/5 have been postponed.  We will send out updates when this is rescheduled.  Please if you have any questions don’t hesitate to contact our Infection Preventionist Patty Weaver or Vickie Kilmer, Nursing Home Administrator at 717-334-6249.
