COVID-19 Update October 26

10/25/21 COVID Update:  There have been no new COVID cases this week.  Those eligible for the booster are currently scheduled to receive their booster on 11/5/21. Modified visitation continues for Residents who reside on The Wings with the exception of West Wing, Annex 1 and Annex 2 as follows:  Sunday – Thursday 10:30AM till 6:30PM.  Appointments are required for all indoor visits.  No appointment is needed for outdoor visits, however please allow time upon your arrival for us to get your loved one and transport them to the visitation area.  Outdoor visits are highly encouraged.  Masks are required for visitation for all residents and visitors regardless of vaccination status while visiting indoors.  Masks are not required while visiting outdoors if all parties are vaccinated.   West Hall remains as a yellow zone for our unvaccinated newly admitted residents.  Transitions current resident vaccination percent is 83% and staff is 71%.
