COVID-19 Update October 29

10/29/21 COVID Update:  We received COVID Positive results back for one resident and one staff member. Modified visitation continues for Residents who reside on The Wings with the exception of West Wing, Annex 1 and Annex 2 as follows:  Sunday – Thursday 10:30AM till 6:30PM.  Appointments are required for all indoor visits.  No appointment is needed for outdoor visits, however please allow time upon your arrival for us to get your loved one and transport them to the visitation area.  Outdoor visits are highly encouraged.  Masks are required for visitation for all residents and visitors regardless of vaccination status at this time.  Except compassionate visits, visits on the unit of Annex 1 & 2 are restricted at this time until cleared.  Residents on Annex 1 & 2 were tested on 10/29 and we will complete a second round of testing next week.   West Hall remains as a yellow zone for our unvaccinated newly admitted residents and a Red Room for our positive resident.
