10/4/21 COVID Update:  Modified visitation continues for Residents who reside on The Wings that are vaccinated, Annex 1 and Annex 2 as follows:  Sunday – Thursday 10:30AM till 6:30PM.  Appointments are required for all indoor visits.  No appointment is needed for outdoor visits, however please allow time upon your arrival for us to get your loved one and transport them to the visitation area.  Outdoor visits are highly encouraged.  Masks are required for visitation for all residents and visitors regardless of vaccination status or visit location at this time.   West Hall remains as a yellow zone for our unvaccinated newly admitted residents.  Unvaccinated residents on The Wings will remain on quarantine until at least 10/6, pending test results from todays testing.  Visitation no longer has to stop when the county rate goes above 10% as long as at least 70% of residents are vaccinated.  Transitions current resident vaccination percent is 79%.
