COVID-19 Update September 20

9/20/21 COVID Update:  This weeks Adams County Positivity Rate is 10.9%.  Modified visitation continues for all units with the exception of West Hall.  West Hall remains as a yellow zone for our unvaccinated newly admitted residents.  Visitation no longer has to stop when the county rate goes above 10% as long as at least 70% of residents are vaccinated.  Transitions current resident vaccination percent is 79%.
With the county positivity rate over 10%, we will begin testing all unvaccinated staff twice a week starting on 9/27 until the county rate falls below 10% for 14 days.  Modified visitation continues as follows Sunday – Thursday 10:30AM till 6:30PM.  Appointments are required for all indoor visits.  No appointment is needed for outdoor visits, however please allow time upon your arrival for us to get your loved one and transport them to the visitation area.  Outdoor visits are highly encouraged.  Masks are required for visitation for all residents and visitors regardless of vaccination status or visit location at this time.
This week, we will test all staff and residents on the lower level on 9/22.  This will conclude outbreak testing and we will resume group activities, beautician, and dining, following the Department of Health and CDC regulations for masks and social distancing during these events.
