Current Covid Policy – 9/24/21

Current Covid Policy 9/24/21- Masks are required for visitation for all residents and visitors regardless of vaccination status or visit location at this time.  County Positivity Rate is at 5.11% this week.  This means we are still in a high SUBSTANTIAL transmission rate according to the Center for Disease Control.   No appointment is needed for outdoor visits, however, please allow time upon your arrival for us to get your loved one and transport them to the visitation area.  Outdoor visits are highly encouraged, if you plan to visit your loved ones indoors, please continue to call to schedule the visit.

All Visitors are required to get a covid screening upon entering the building. You will be required to answer the covid symptom questions and have your temperature taken, and are required to wash your hands upon entering and exiting the building.  If you are having ANY of the symptoms, please refrain from entering the building.
