This annual community-driven contest highlights the businesses, organizations, and services that residents and visitors believe represent the very best of the Gettysburg area. From restaurants and local shops to healthcare providers and community organizations, Gettysburg’s Greatest celebrates the people and places that make this region thrive.

We humbly ask for your write-in vote for Transitions Healthcare Gettysburg in the Senior Living Community category. As a trusted provider of skilled nursing care, rehabilitation services, and adult day services, our team works every day to ensure residents and their families receive the support, dignity, and personalized care they deserve.

Our facility is also home to the Share & Care Adult Day Care Center, which provides a vital resource for families caring for aging loved ones in the Gettysburg community. Programs like these help seniors remain active, socially engaged, and supported while giving caregivers the peace of mind they need.

How to Vote

To participate in the contest:

• Visit the Celebrate Gettysburg Magazine Gettysburg’s Greatest ballot
• In the “Senior Living Community” category, write in: “Transitions Healthcare Gettysburg”
• Be sure to vote in at least 10 categories, as ballots with fewer selections will not be counted
• Include your name and email address to be entered into a drawing for a gift certificate from one of the winning establishments

Ballots must be submitted by May 1, 2026 to be eligible.
